Elmar Schipp

Managing Director
Elmar Schipp is the founder of Efficient Management Consultants.
His work focuses on the strategic alignment and operational optimisation of medium-sized companies.
Thanks to his strength in recognising strategic and operational problems along the entire value chain, he has made a significant contribution to the strategic realignment and operational improvement of many companies in recent years.
Elmar Schipp studied industrial engineering at Reutlingen University and at Valporaiso University, USA.
He holds an MBA of International Business from Reutlingen Business School and a Restructuring Manager from the Georg-Simon-Ohm Institute in Nuremberg.
Stephan Fritsch

Managing Director
Stephan Fritsch is a partner at Efficent Management Consultants.
Since 2005, his focus has been on process optimisation in the areas of business operations, SCM and value creation systems.
After training as an industrial mechanic, Stephan Fritsch studied mechanical engineering in Darmstadt.
He learnt the LEAN trade at TRUMPF Laser in Germany and the USA. Other positions included Porsche Consulting and a large medical device manufacturer, as well as management in power electronics for renewable energies.
In addition to production, purchasing, quality, logistics and industrial engineering, he was also responsible for areas such as R&D and finance.
Stephan Fritsch has now been managing EMC together with Elmar Schipp since 2023 and provides our customers with real "hands on" complete solutions for their company.
